2. Shipping Method

We use Aramex Store to Door for all deliveries within South Africa.
This is a tracked courier service that delivers directly to your provided address.


3. Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Remote delivery locations

5. Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, C&F Collective cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, customs (if applicable), or unforeseen external factors once the parcel has been handed over to Aramex Store to Door.

However, we will always assist you in tracking your parcel and following up with the courier where possible.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided).

You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through Aramex tracking systems.


7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

C&F Collective is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
  • We will open an investigation with Aramex Store to Door

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details or theft after confirmed delivery.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within South Africa.


10. Liability

Once your order has been handed over to Aramex Store to Door, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the courier service.

C&F Collective is not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • External delivery disruptions
  • Incorrect delivery scanning or tracking updates

However, we remain committed to assisting customers in resolving any issues with their delivery.
